University Anglers is committed to providing a safe, professional, and instructional fishing experience. Because fishing and boating involve inherent risks, all participants are required to review and complete certain legal acknowledgments before participating in any session.

These documents are standard for on-the-water instruction and are designed to clearly outline responsibilities, risks, and expectations for both clients and anglers.

Fishing instruction and boating activities involve factors beyond anyone’s control, including weather, water conditions, equipment operation, and individual ability.

These documents are not intended to limit your experience — they exist to ensure transparency, safety, and fairness for everyone involved.

For guided trips, additional acknowledgments may apply depending on location and service type.

All clients are required to review and sign the University Anglers Client Agreement, Waiver, and Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to the start of their scheduled session.
