For anglers who want to teach, lead, and build experience through instruction-first fishing.

We Build Better Anglers

University Anglers works with experienced anglers who are passionate about teaching and helping others improve. Our team is built around instruction, communication, and professionalism — not just time on the water.
We partner with collegiate anglers and guides who want to develop real-world experience, represent a professional brand, and help clients gain skills they can use independently.

How University Anglers Selects Anglers

University Anglers maintains clear standards for the anglers we work with. Every angler is evaluated before being approved to work with clients.
Selection is based on more than fishing ability. We look for anglers who can communicate clearly, teach effectively, and represent the University Anglers brand professionally.

Evaluation includes:

Review of fishing experience and background
Demonstrated understanding of seasonal patterns and fisheries
Comfort explaining concepts and decision-making
Experience with modern electronics
Professionalism, reliability, and safety awareness
Not all applicants are accepted. This ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for clients across locations.
