What Anglers Are Saying
Real feedback from anglers who learned skills they can use on their own.
University Anglers is built around instruction, not just catching fish for a day. The reviews below reflect what clients take away from their experience—confidence, understanding, and skills that carry over to future trips
Reviews are collected from real University Anglers clients across different lakes, experience
levels, and services.
“A great way to improve your fishing.”
If you're serious about getting better at fishing, this is the way to do it. I picked up several tips that I’ll be using every time I’m on the water.
Mike — Douglas Lake
“Very knowledgeable anglers.”
The angler knew the lake extremely well and helped me understand patterns I had never thought about before. I learned a lot in just a few hours.
Jason — Cherokee Lake
“Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get better.”
The instruction was very hands-on and tailored to what I wanted to learn. It was great being able to do the trip in my own boat.
Adam — Fort Loudoun Lake
This was perfect for someone who wants to improve their fishing skills. The angler explained everything from lure selection to finding structure. Definitely worth it.
John — Douglas Lake
“Exactly what I was looking for.”
I wanted someone to show me how to break down a lake and use my electronics better. The instruction was clear and easy to follow, and I left feeling much more confident on the water.
Blake — Cherokee Lake
“Great experience and learned a lot.”
The angler was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand my electronics and how to find fish. I caught more fish that day than I usually do on my own. Highly recommend University Anglers.
